This article really made me think about the human brain, and wonder how our dreams will look 50 years from now. With technology changing and influencing as it has been so rapidly, what are we to expect? What will dreams be like for the kids who grew up in our time, compared to those growing up in 2014? Will technology be so different from it is now that people will be dreaming in new qualities? Will people begin to dream in HD? All of these questions that used to seem just plain ridiculous, now make a little more sense.
So what kind of things should we expect, or maybe even start imagining? Will our dreams be like real life someday? Imagine the experience that would be, to be able to d
ream and not know if it's reality or not. Tell me what you think, do you think that it's possible?

There are many times where I dream and I can not tell if I am dreaming or not.
Usually the sound of an alarm clock (which oddly enough is usually a car alarm in my dream, before my mind clears and realizes that it isn't a car alarm but rather my alarm clock) or really loud music gets me up in the morning and that's the only way I can tell the difference between reality and my dreams, is when I wake up in my bedroom.
During the dreams, I am none the wiser. One time I was an Italian commoner who worked in a bread shop and one of the people in his apartment complex got in trouble and the police showed up. Turns out the police sirens were my alarm clock. But I remember thinking it was real and being quite afraid.
The human brain is interesting, even without technological influence. God knows that technology will only broaden our horizons.
